I began my journey at Securitas as a night-shift security officer, motivated by a strong desire to learn, grow, and take responsibility. Along the way, I was determined to shape my own path by showing initiative, setting goals, and staying consistent in how I treat people. When I realized I needed experience with large international clients, I took ownership of that challenge through our work with international data centers. That choice opened the door to new opportunities and eventually led to a global role within one of the most complex security programs in the industry. My experience shows that at Securitas, there are almost unlimited career opportunities for those who stay true to their values, believe in themselves, and are willing to take that extra step.

I joined Securitas in 2018 as a security officer and, from the beginning, I felt supported to grow and take on new challenges. In 2021, I stepped into the role of team leader, where I learned the importance of trust, teamwork, and leading by example. In March 2025, I was proud to be promoted to site security supervisor, a milestone that reflects the opportunities Securitas offers its people to develop and succeed. Every step of my journey has shown me how meaningful our work is and the impact we have by helping keep people and places safe. I’m grateful to be part of a team that sees potential and encourages us to realize it.
